Carolina Hurricanes Prize Pack Promotion
1. Sponsor and Promotion Period
The Carolina Hurricanes Prize Pack Promotion (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by Gladwell Orthodontics (“Sponsor”). The Promotion begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time on September 1, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on October 31, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”).
2. Eligibility
The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. If a qualifying patient is under 18, the patient’s parent or legal guardian will be entered on the patient’s behalf and must meet all eligibility requirements. Employees of Sponsor and its affiliates, and members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.
3. How to Enter
Treatment Entry: During the Promotion Period, eligible new patients who begin qualifying orthodontic treatment by October 31, 2026 with Sponsor are automatically entered into the Promotion.
4. Prize and Odds
One (1) winner will receive one (1) Carolina Hurricanes Prize Pack that may include Carolina Hurricanes tickets, parking passes, meet and greets and other unique experiences, signed items, and vouchers for concessions or merchandise. Approximate retail value: $1,000. The prize has no cash value and is non-transferable. No cash or prize substitution is permitted, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize is unavailable. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will be conducted within five (5) days following the conclusion of the Promotion Period. The potential winner will be notified using the contact information provided at entry and may be required to confirm eligibility and execute an affidavit/release before receiving the prize. If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within five (5) days, or is otherwise ineligible, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.
6. General Conditions
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these Official Rules or attempts to interfere with the proper operation of the Promotion.
7. Privacy and Publicity
By entering, participants acknowledge that Sponsor may use the information provided in connection with administering the Promotion, subject to Sponsor’s applicable privacy policy. Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
