Gladwell Orthodontics was founded by Dr. Jason Gladwell, a Raleigh-area native who has spent his career turning technical orthodontic skill into a genuinely personal patient experience. Dr. Gladwell earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from NC State University, his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the UNC Chapel Hill School of Dentistry, and his Master of Science in Dentistry from VCU/MCV in Richmond — a combination of business acumen and clinical training that shapes how the entire practice runs, from the treatment chair to the front desk. He’s a member of the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental Honor Society and was named to the Triangle Business Journal’s “40 Under 40,” recognition that reflects both his clinical reputation and his commitment to the community he serves.

But ask Dr. Gladwell what he’s most proud of, and it isn’t the credentials — it’s the relationships. “Every smile is unique,” he says, and that belief drives a simple philosophy: no two treatment plans should look the same, because no two patients do. It’s why he and every doctor on the Gladwell team take the time to actually get to know the person in the chair, not just the malocclusion.
