This is one of the best if not THE best Orthodontist office I have been to. Staff is super friendly and clean. The orthodontists are also super friendly and explain the plans for the teeth well. They have a Starbucks inside and it’s free, the donations for the Starbucks go to a local charity or organization who needs it. I think that is my favorite part, not only are they helping my kids have better smiles but they care so much they give back to the local community as well. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for an orthodontist any day. They are great!!

Once registered, you’re ready to start earning points and redeeming rewards!

Log in to your Smile Rewards account in the Patient Rewards Hub app anytime to see your points, track your progress, and browse prizes.

Open your Smile Rewards account, browse the prize catalog, pick what you want, and submit your order. Physical prizes ship to your home, and e-gift cards arrive in your email.

  • E-gift cards: usually arrive in 1–2 days via email
  • Physical prizes: typically arrive in 7–10 business days via USPS

Points stay active as long as your account is active. If there’s no activity for a long time, points may expire — but we’ll send you a reminder first!
