Treatment Basics
How long does GO Simple treatment take?
Most patients complete treatment within 6–12 months, depending on how minor or moderate their corrections are. This timeline is directly referenced in the GO Simple system overview (page 7).
How often do I need to wear my aligners?
Wear aligners 22 hours per day, removing them only to eat, drink (except water), brush, and floss. This requirement is listed in the Plan for Success instructions (page 9).
Do I have to come into the office for checkups?
No routine checkups are required with GO Simple. However, optional in-office treatment check-ins are available for $198 if you want a progress review.
When should I switch to the next aligner?
You’ll move to the next aligner every week, keeping the new set in for at least 12 continuous hours after switching.

What do I do if I lose an aligner?
